In February, Balance Associates will be volunteering at the Seattle Home Show on Wednesday the 24th from 2-6pm and Friday the 26th from 10am-3pm. We look forward to seeing you there and answering your questions.

As 2009 comes to a close, we'd like to take a minute to reflect on some of this year's highlights.

We had the opportunity to show off some of our custom homes in publications such as Sunset Magazine's 'The Great Escape' featuring Pine Forest Cabin, and Seattle Homes & Lifestyles Magazine's story on Wolf Creek View Cabin. Also, Stud Horse Mountain House was in Seattle Homes, and the Garden House and PS House were featured together in the Pacific Section of the Seattle Times.

We demonstrated the possibilities of prefab with the design of Lake Whatcom, the next Method Cabin, and designed the Balance S-M-L Series for Method Homes. Completed projects include the River Bank House, McCall Cabin, and Grand Coulee House. We hope these clients enjoy this first holiday season in their new homes.

In addition, we have many exciting projects under construction such as Nahahum Canyon Cabin, Cortes Island, Lake Cushman Cabin, and Ulrich Lane Cabin. We are looking forward to their completion next year.

We are very proud of this year's achievements and want to thank our clients for the opportunity to work with them on the design of their homes!

Balance Associates staff member Kyle Zerbey's European travel sketches were published in a six-page spread in the architectural textbook "Graphic Journaling" by Moh'd Bilbeisi.
